Q: Where is A Quiet Place located?
A: The cabins are located outside Mena, Arkansas, near the north trailhead of Wolf Pen Gap ATV park in the Ouachita National Forest.

Q: How many cabins are there?
A: We have two A-Frames, Evergreen Dreams, and Brookhaven Bliss on one 20-acre property. Each has the same spa amenities and luxurious feel, equipped with everything you need to enjoy the outdoors, but inside! And just around the corner, less than a mile, we’ve opened up a brand new lodge for those needing a shorter stay and sleeping for 2-24.
Q: When should you book your trip & how soon?
A: There is something to enjoy in every season in the mountains. AQP is located close to kayaking, Wolf Pen Gap ATV trails, hiking, biking, and more. When should you book? NOW! Pick your vacation dates and book as soon as you settle on them. There is nothing like having an adventure to look forward to.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: We love animals! Unfortunately, for the sake of the property and the potential allergies of our future guests, we’ve made the hard decision not to allow pets in the our Aframe cabins. HOWEVER, for a pet fee, we do allow pets in our Lodge at Cedar Creek Crossing.
Q:When do I pay for my stay?
A: When you book our Aframes directly through our site, you only pay for 50% of your stay, and the remainder is due and charged 7 days before your arrival. AQP is also listed on Airbnb and other comparable sites. Financing through a third party, like Klarna or Affirm, may be available to you through Airbnb. All lodge booking payments are due at the time of booking.
Q:What should you bring?
A: The cabin has everything except sports equipment and clothes, unless you count the cozy waffle robes. The kitchen is fully stocked with wares to cook a 4-course meal for 6 - 8 people. Spa add-ons like body butters and bath bombs are on-site for purchase. You can even snag a reasonably priced, branded journal and a handmade coffee mug while you’re at your getaway. You’ll find firewood and games for the whole family, and cozy blankets to drape yourself in fireside. The cabin has coffee, salt, pepper, and olive oil stocked! Plus, grocery delivery is available from a nearby major chain store- so you can have goods timed to be there with your arrival. (Our lodge isn’t quite as equipped, so make sure you read through all emails to see what’s included in your stay.)

Q:IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE FOR MY ATV AND TRAILER?
A: YES! There is ample parking at each of our locations (both aframes AND the Lodge) for an ATV, trailer, and accompanying vehicle(s). Wolf Pen Gap ATV Park is just a short drive in your ATV from A Quiet Place Mountain Escape.
Q:Does AQP offer add-on experiences?
A: Absolutely! Whether you are looking for a VIP spa package, searching for a way to ignite some extra romance in your relationship, or need something more specific, like a professional photographer, catered brunch, or help planning the details of a bachelorette party, message us at info@aquietplacemountainescape.com and let us know what you are looking for! We have reserved most of our add-on packages for our high end luxe Aframes, but there are a few add-ons you can add to your stay at our lodge.
Q:do you allow weddings at aqp?
A: AQP is an experience-first stay, not a wedding venue. Protecting the peace, privacy, and quiet of our guests will always come first.
That said, for guests who reserve the entire property, we have occasionally opened AQP for intimate weddings and celebrations for an additional venue fee.

Q:do you have any future plans to build more?
A: YES, WE DO! And we’re dreaming big.
We’re currently in the planning stages for what will become our flagship AQP experience—an adults-only woodland retreat tucked away on an adjacent 40-acre mountaintop.
Think whimsical, romantic, fairytale-inspired treehouses built just for two, each with its own personality and all the private spa amenities you’ve come to love in our A-frames—only elevated to an entirely new level of luxury.
Our long-term vision also includes a Woodland Spa & Wellness Center, a beautiful clubhouse and gathering space, and a collection of other one-of-a-kind stays woven into the mountain.
